HOTEL MANAGER

Kualifikasi :

• Male/ Female
• Extensive hotel manager experience with a minimum of 1 years in a relevant position
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, ideally within a corporate or hospitality environment
• Complete understanding of all aspects of hotel operations
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills, in particular revenue management and sales marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills
• Have positive attitude
• Placement di Padang

HEAD COOK

Kualifikasi :

• Male
• Max 40 years old
• Relevant education background with the position being applied
• Having experienced minimum 1 year in similar position hotel industry
• Professional appereance and good personality
• Aple to manager team, supervises and coordinates kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all food & baverage policies, standard and procedures
• Supervises the preparation and production of all hot or cold food items for buffet and a la carte menu to ensure that they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and specifications
• Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards
• Recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavour
• Plans and manages food quantities and plating requirements for the food operation (restaurant, banquet, pastry)
• Able to work team or individual, outgoing and self-motivated
• Have positive attitude
• Placement in Padang
