We are looking for a talented Profesional Marketing

About the Job :

• Develop marketing strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects or channels
• Establish and maintain effective relationships within the organization and with clients to promote and achieve targets.
• Prepare market comparison, to determine competitive market price.
• Proven track record an acquire parking location
• Implement marketing strategy & selling plan

About You :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or other related major
• minimal 1+ years of marketing, business strategist, or account management experience
• Have a problem-solving skills
• Able to work with the team and individually
• Has strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

SYSTEM ANALYST
We are looking for a talented, driven Systems Analyst to join our Parking Development Systems team.

About the Job :

• Mastering the basics of SQL Statement
• Excellent analytical skills
• A good problem-solving attitude
• Having experience on developing parking application would be significant plus.
• Extensive knowledge in various programming languages (Java, HTML, PHP, Yii, etc.)
• Familiar with backend and front end programming

About You :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information System / Technical Information
• Minimum 1 years of experience at similar position in any industry
• Deep Understanding in System
